This 3 day instructor-led course provides a conceptual overview of Hitachi NAS Platform (HNAS). It includes an introduction to NAS Platform 3080, 3090, 4040, 4060, 4080 and 4100 architecture, configuration, management, clustering, network environment, enterprise virtual server (EVS), file system, authentication and file sharing.

Lab activities are included to practice basic management tasks and to discover the storage being used by the HNAS nodes. In addition, you will be able to follow the process for creating an EVS with associated file system, join Active Directory Services and create CIFS shares.
